Workshop Controller

• Distribute work to workshop technicians as per mentioned on Job cards and ensure that the repair is complete.

• Process and prepare repair Invoices

• Control workshop expenses and relations with suppliers

• Distribute work to workshop technicians as per mentioned on Job cards and ensure that the repair is complete.

• responsible to manage and monitor workshop staff work Utilization, efficiency, productivity and their quality of work.

• Monitor workshop technician’s efficiency and ensure that the key performance indicators for each individual is recorded.

• Process and print out repair invoices, after confirming with cashier, credit depet, account, and warranty dept.

• Monitor progress of repairs done by following up directly with the service teams.

• Coordinate with Quality check section in charge to conduct final checks on the repaired vehicles before they can be release to branches.

• Monitor work flow and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency.

• Records and analyze time keeping on all job cards.

• Maintain cleanness in surroundings.

Requirement:Diploma or Higher college certificate related to the field
1- Engineering membership (SCE) is preferred for Saudi nationality
2- Having a valid driving license
3- Open to relocate
4- Capability to work in multinational environment
5- Experience in the same role a minimum of 3 years and preferred in the same filed
