- Monthly business reports in coordination with all sectors and functions
- Coordinate with all sectors with regard to applicable KPIs
- Issue the monthly consolidated report related to CRS functions
- Manage with all sectors / divisions for volume of clients’ orders / revenue / claims /…. etc.
- Follow up the sectors action for clients who stopped / reduced their volume of work.
- Coordinate with sectors the outstanding status
- Follow up clients’ contacts of sectors (visits, calls, etc.)
- Carry out customer satisfaction surveys at planned intervals as per applicable procedures
Qualifications-Bachelor of Textile Engineering is a must.-Alexandria residents-Textile Engineer Experience (1 to 3 years in corporate Textile Industry)-Very Good English-Computer skills should be excellent.Additional InformationHow to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CVs to:
