Sr Ruby on Rails Developer (SaaS & API)
Location: 100% Remote

Working Hours: 6 30 PM to 3 30 AM or 8 30 PM to 5 30 AMRequired Skills
- Ruby on Rails (5+ years) – Strong hands-on experience building and scaling production-grade SaaS applications.
- REST APIs & Third-Party Integrations (4+ years) – Experience with external APIs, authentication (OAuth), webhooks, and data synchronization.
- Backend Architecture & System Design (4+ years) – Designing scalable, secure, high-performance backend systems.
- SaaS & Agile Environment (3+ years) – Experience working on large-scale SaaS products in distributed/Agile teams.
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship (2+ years) – Ownership of features end-to-end, mentoring developers, and driving best practices.
