Position:Shift Officer – Production (Pharma API)Location:VapiExperience: 2 – 3 YearsIndustries:Pharma APIResponsibilities:

• Coordinate with Purchase, QA, QC, and Warehouse teams to meet production schedules.
• Monitor raw material usage, yields, and product quality.
• Maintain SOPs, QMS documents, and batch records.
• Manage employee schedules, shifts, and time-off requests.
• Prepare and review validation and qualification reports.
• Manage employee schedules, shifts, and time-off requests

Required Skills:

• Experience as a Shift In-Charge or similar role
• Strong knowledge of industry safety standards.
