- Maintenance of Manufacturing & Packing Equipment’s.
- Support to JH – CLIT Preparation, review & trainins.to operator.
- Support to JH – Yellow Tag Mitigation & Weekly Update
- why-why analysis of all Major Breakdown & Implementation of CAPA.
- Drive ZERO FAILURE projects.
- Drive Quality Improvement projects
- Ensure Equipment Health Score of >70%.
- Ensure ZERO Leakages of Compressed Air, Water & Steam in the plant Equipment’s & machine.
- Co-ordinate with Utility operators in B-Shift
- Circulate Daily PM Compliance in PM/JH Group
- Circulate Daily Yellow Fuguai Mitigation report in PM/JH Group.
- Carry-out Preventive Maintenance as per schedule & ensure 100% compliance.
