Work location ChennaiJob Description:Role Overview:Lead the design and modernization of scalable, secure, serverless applications on Azure. Build API ecosystems and event-driven architectures aligned with Azure best practices.Key Responsibilities:
- Design REST/GraphQL APIs using Azure API Management (APIM)
- Build event-driven systems with Azure Service Bus (Queues/Topics)
- Implement secure solutions using Key Vault, Managed Identity, and RBAC
- Develop serverless workflows using Azure Functions & Durable Functions
- Work with MongoDB (Atlas/Cosmos DB) for scalable data solutions
- Apply resiliency patterns (Retry, Circuit Breaker)
- Set up CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Enable monitoring using Azure Monitor & Application Insights
Required Experience:
- 8 12 years in backend development (5+ years in Azure/GCP)
- Strong experience in migrating monoliths to microservices/serverless
- Hands-on with enterprise-scale systems
Technical Skills:
- Expert in Node.js & TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of messaging patterns (Service Bus)
- Experience with Azure AD (Entra ID) and cloud security
Preferred Certifications:
- AZ-204 (Azure Developer)
- AZ-305 (Azure Architect)
