Job Description:What you’ll own- Build and run the college onboarding pipeline end-to-end: prospecting – first meeting – demo – commercials – MoU/Agreement – onboarding kickoff.- Drive on-ground stakeholder alignment and closures with Admissions/Marketing/Leadership teams across institutes.- Be the single point of contact for partner colleges: listing updates, concerns, escalation, relationship management.- Collaborate with the tech team to drive integration timelines: requirements, mapping, UAT coordination, launch readiness.- Maintain a CRM discipline: pipeline stages, next steps, expected close dates.- Help shape the partner value proposition: what colleges get (better leads, completed applications, analytics, reduced drop-offs).- Collect partner feedback and translate it into clear product requirements.What success looks like- A working pipeline with consistent weekly outreach and meetings.- Multiple colleges progressed from discussion – agreement – onboarding, with early integrations entering UAT/go-live.- Standard onboarding docs/templates created (pitch deck, FAQs, onboarding checklist, commercials template).Must-have skills- 2-3 years experience in institute partnerships / higher-ed BD / admissions tech.- Proven ability to close B2B deals with institutes.- Strong negotiation + communication + follow-up discipline.- Ability to work closely with product/engineering teams.Nice-to-haves- Existing network with MBA colleges, coaching chains, or admissions teams.- Experience at EdTech marketplaces or admissions/CRM ecosystem- Understanding of admissions cycles, intake, and conversion funnels.
