JOB OVERVIEWJob Description: Vacation Rental Specialist (Airbnb, Booking.com, and Lodgify Expert)Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Vacation Rental Specialist to manage and optimize our vacation rental properties across platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Lodgify. This role involves overseeing guest communication, coordinating with cleaning staff, and ensuring a seamless experience for both guests and property owners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vacation rental platforms, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to maximizing bookings and maintaining property standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Guest Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, booking requests, and guest concerns.
• Provide clear and friendly communication to ensure guest satisfaction.

2. Cleaning Staff Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate cleaning staff to maintain high property standards.
• Communicate guest check-in/check-out times and ensure properties are prepared accordingly.
• Address any maintenance or cleanliness issues swiftly and efficiently.

3. Platform Optimization:

• Manage and update property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Lodgify.
• Optimize property descriptions, photos, and pricing to maximize visibility and bookings.
• Monitor and adjust booking settings, cancellation policies, and seasonal pricing strategies.

4. Operations Management:

• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
• Implement and manage automated systems for guest communication and booking processes.
• Handle guest reviews and maintain high ratings across platforms.

5. Performance Analysis:

• Track and analyze booking trends, revenue, and occupancy rates.
• Provide recommendations for improving property performance and guest experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience managing vacation rental properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Lodgify.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with pricing strategies and platform algorithms to optimize listings.
• Proficiency in using vacation rental management tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks.
