The Chief Operating Officer, reporting to the President and to the Chief Executive Officer, shall collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the company. The successful candidate will oversee the managers and heads of the organization.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related degreeFive (5) years experience performing the same function or equivalent positionExperience in implementing vertical and horizontal residential/mixed-use developmentsKnowledgeable of principles, practices, and legal issues relating to Human Resource Management, Strategic Planning and Financial Management
Excellent management and leadership skills
Oral and written fluency in Filipino and English languages
Willingness to be based in Quezon City, Philippines
