• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on nutrition, dietetic assessment, and nutritional counseling, tailored to the specific needs of IMC Healthcare’s product lines and sales strategies.
• Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and online modules, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Facilitate training sessions, seminars & business meetings in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, adapting delivery style to suit diverse learning preferences and cultural backgrounds of participants.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, knowledge assessments, and performance metrics, and make data-driven improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in nutrition science, dietetics, and adult learning methodologies, and incorporate these insights into training content and delivery methods.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation, including attendance, evaluations, and program updates, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the organization, focusing on nutrition knowledge, dietetic assessment, and nutritional counseling techniques.
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to the specific needs of IMC Healthcare’s employees and sales force, incorporating adult learning principles and interactive methodologies.
• Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, manuals, and online resources, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with IMC Healthcare’s brand and product offerings.
• Facilitate training sessions in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, adapting communication styles and delivery methods to accommodate diverse learning preferences and cultural backgrounds.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance data analysis, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of training content and delivery methods.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in nutrition, dietetics, and training methodologies, incorporating new knowledge and techniques into training programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to develop specialized training programs on IMC Healthcare’s products, including organic and herbal food supplements, cosmetics, and apparels, ensuring accurate and comprehensive product knowledge dissemination.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation, including attendance, assessments, and feedback, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees and sales force members, offering personalized guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance in nutrition knowledge, dietetic assessment, and nutritional counseling.
