Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification. Diploma or equivalent is a plus.

• Provide product information and recommendations to customers, addressing their specific needs and preferences.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Translate customer service materials and communications between English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report generation to support the customer service team.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
• Identify and report recurring customer issues to management to help improve products and services.
