In this role, you will participated in all-round HR area, including but not limited to designing, implementing and evaluating training programs, as well as staff performance evaluation and development.Job Descriptions:

• Design, develop, implement and coordinate activities associated with training needs.
• Participate in the develop and prepare of long-term plans, training structure, policies, programs, services and practices in order to accomplish the training mission
• Execute and deliver quality and effective training to different target participants that are aligned with their KPI and company requirement.
• Liaise with other departments and frontline employee force on training and coordination
• Prepare regular reports on training activities to management according to the guidelines given
• Assist on new joiner program to facilitate successful on-boarding
• Involve in staff evaluation and talent development
• Handle ad hoc HR projects as assigned

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration disciplines;
• All-rounded HR experience is preferable
• Ability to manage competing priorities, handle multiple projects and timeline cautious
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate effective with internal and external stakeholders across different functions
• Less HR experience will be considered as Officer grade
• Computer proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
