Assistant Manager – Credit Card Operations (Cardholder Service)

• Supervise the team to handle customer requests and enquiries in an efficient and effective manner
• Supervise the process to ensure all verification on data input related to customer services requests delivered timely and within the services standard
• Answer customer and branch enquiries on credit card services
• Perform review of high / medium risks AML/CTF customers
• Monitor and make recommendations on cardholder service workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Prepare required Card Association statistics, MIS report and returns on time
• Assist in the supervision of card issuing team in daily operation

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above preferably in banking and finance or business administration
• At least 5 years working experience in banking or credit card industry
• Possess knowledge of deposit account and credit card products, with practical knowledge / experience on areas including direct debit authorizatio (DDA), Octopus AAVS and use of mobile payment services
• Possess well versed knowledge on regulatory requirements e.g. PDPO, Code of Banking Practice, AML/CTF etc.
• Customer service minded, good interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members
• Well organized and willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putongua
• Working location: Kwai Hing
