As a Security Supervisor, you will oversee security operations, ensuring that policies and procedures are strictly enforced to protect our personnel, clients, and assets.Your leadership will be key as you manage a team of security personnel, providing direction, training, and support to maximize team effectiveness. You will play a crucial role in incident response and investigations, collaborating with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations at assigned sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Supervise and train security staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and customer service.
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV and alarms, to detect and respond to potential threats.
• Conduct regular inspections and patrols to maintain awareness of site conditions.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and prepare detailed incident reports.
• Coordinate security activities with management and liaise with local law enforcement as needed.
• Evaluate security operations and recommend improvements to enhance safety measures.
• Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a security supervisory role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, emergency procedures, and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
