Mason Alexander Jobs is a recruitment firm specializing in sourcing qualified FedEx drivers for FedEx contractors. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Project and Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and build strategies for sustainable growth. This role is designed for a leader who can eventually step into a CEO position and drive the company’s mission forward.Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage and optimize all operational processes, ensuring streamlined workflows and compliance with company policies.
- Strategic Planning: Analyze existing processes, develop policy strategies, and implement initiatives that align with long-term company goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, outline solutions, and implement systems to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Growth and Expansion: Spot new growth opportunities and lead efforts to expand our contractor network and client base.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate employees through positive reinforcement, team incentives, and leadership by example.
- Client & Driver Relations: Manage FA accounts, oversee driver compliance, upload necessary documents, and track driver statuses.
- Lead Sourcing: Conduct weekly Indeed sweeps and oversee additional lead-sourcing platforms like Facebook and Zoho Recruit.
- Scheduling & Correspondence: Manage the company’s Calendly schedule, client and driver emails, and other correspondence.
- Documentation and Compliance: Use ClickUp to maintain driver documentation and oversee compliance.

- At least 5 years of proven experience in project & operations management, preferably within recruitment or logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify improvement areas and implement effective solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams.
- Proficiency in tools like ClickUp, Zoho Recruit, Calendly, Insightful, and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking with a vision for long-term growth and expansion.
