JOB OVERVIEWMembership Manager – Technical & Ops Support
(Part-time, 20 hours/week)Focus: Systems, processes, and technical supportKey Responsibilities:
– Manage and optimize Members365 or similar CRM platform operations
– Maintain data integrity and member records
– Design and implement automated workflows via Zapier
– Create standard operating procedures for member processes
– Execute weekly WordPress website maintenanceGenerate and maintain analytics dashboards for:
– Membership metrics
– Event performance
– Engagement statistics
– Revenue tracking
– Provide tier 1 technical support to members
– Manage integration between platforms (CRM, email, events)
– Coordinate calendar management and scheduling
– Handle backend event system setupRequired Skills & Experience:
– 2+ years of experience managing Members365, Wild Apricot, or similar membership CRM platforms
– Proven track record of automating workflows using Zapier
– Experience with data migration and system integration
– Strong technical troubleshooting abilitiesProficiency in:
– WordPress
– Google Analytics
– Google Workspace
– Eventbrite or similar event platforms
