YOU LL BE OUR: Program ManagerYOU LL BE BASED AT: IBC Knowledge Park, BengaluruYOU LL BE ALIGNED WITH: Program LeadYOU LL BE A MEMBER OF: Program ManagementWHAT YOU LL DO:Work closely with all teams to identify risks on a day-to-day basis, look for mitigations, unblock for technical teamsResolve complex issues between teams through facilitation skillsReport any impediments/red flags to the Program Management Office and respective functional heads. Raise escalations, handle them, and subsequently plan for solutions while adhering with strict deadlinesLiaise with different Cross Functional team members in assessing, tracking, and reporting status of programsDrive project progress and ensure business resultsChampioning our Ways of Work & fostering Strong Communication and a Sense of CollaborationHERE S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Experience working with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical/technology problemsExperience managing and maintaining complex projects across multiple teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood collaboration skills & ability to Build and Scale cohesive and high-performing teamsA proactive approach to tasks and projectsKnowledge of the general automotive product development lifecycle(s)Strong project management skillsAttention to detail & focus on continuous improvementScrum/Agile skills would be a plusDemonstrated flexibility and initiative in achieving desired outcomesGood understanding of IT systems such as JIRA, PLM, AutomationYOU BRING TO:Bachelor s/Master s in Engineering with at least 8-10 years of experience in Program Management.MBA and PMP/PGMP desired
