We are seeking an experienced India Sales Head to lead and drive the overall sales strategy for the organization. This role encompasses sales management for services, solutions, and staff augmentation across India. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, a proven track record in sales leadership, and a deep understanding of technology services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in services, solutions, and staff augmentation within India.
Lead a high-performance sales team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities, establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, and expand the Organization s market presence.
Oversee the sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring smooth transitions between sales and delivery teams.
Collaborate closely with other departments (delivery, operations, finance) to ensure alignment of sales goals with organizational objectives.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline, monitor sales metrics, and prepare regular reports to track progress against goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
15-22 years of experience in sales, with significant exposure to technology services, solution sales, and staff augmentation.
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage a sales team effectively.
Strong knowledge of the Indian technology services market, with an established network of industry contacts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic mindset with an ability to analyze market data and adapt sales strategies to maximize opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems.Need 2-3 solid profiles who have 100% exposure only in Captive and Resource Augmentation projects
