Manager/Sr Manager Data Engineering – Pharma – Mumbai

The Manager/Sr Manager of Data Engineering will lead a team to develop, test, and maintain data architectures in the life science and pharmaceutical industry.

• Design and deliver strategic Analytics projects sourcing and integrating data from the relevant data sources to meet the needs of a highly dynamic and data driven commercial business

• Implement end to end analytics solutions to support commercial business objectives, including data curation, data analysis and manipulation, database modeling, visualization and deployment

• Build or enable intuitive and insightful dashboards, reports and data visualization to communicate key brand performance to stakeholders and implement real-time decision support tools that provide field representatives with insights and recommendations during interactions with physicians

• Dive deep to investigate and resolve potential Data quality issues Recommend and implement permanent solutions to mitigate data quality issues

• 7+ years of overall experience in data engineering.
• Candidate with experience dealing with life science and pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.
• Extensive experience in SQL, data manipulation and Business Intelligence tooling and pipeline development

Extensive hands-on experience with RDBMS/DWs and writing ETL pipelines.
