Responsibilities:
- Receive and validate daily card production from card providers.
- Organize and sort printed cards and check bank screening processes.
- Process bank cards according to designated procedures, including scanning, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Receive and validate delivered card KYC documents, including data validation, signature review, and uploading KYC information.
- Prepare and review daily productivity reports.
- Handle delivery evidence exceptions and resolve related issues.
- Communicate with relevant departments to address and resolve cases.
- Participate in assigned tasks related to daily operational processes.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data entry and validation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of card production processes and industry regulations.
- Experience in a similar role (preferred).
