Golf Construction Manager

The Golf Construction Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the development and maintenance of golf courses, ensuring that they meet industry standards and provide an exceptional playing experience. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, project management skills, and a passion for golf. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating various construction projects, managing budgets, and leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality results.Responsibilities: * Oversee the planning and execution of golf course construction projects from inception to completion.

• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Collaborate with architects, landscape designers, and engineers to create innovative and sustainable golf course designs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to procure materials and services necessary for construction.
• Implement best practices in golf course maintenance and agronomy to enhance playability and aesthetics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities and community members.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for upper management on project status and outcomes.
• Train and mentor staff on construction techniques and safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate into project planning.

Preferred Candidate: * Agricultural or landscape architect engineer with expertise in golf courses.

• 15 years of experience in construction management, preferably within KSA.
• Experience with any Public Investment Fund (PIF) projects.
• Proven track record in managing golf course projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainable practices.
• Willingness to travel as required for project oversight.
