Long DescriptionJob SummaryReporting to the VM Manager, the Designer builds sales with customer in-store and project the stylist uses in-depth knowledge of the products and creative flair to build a ‘complete package’ of furniture and accessoriesJob Responsibilities

• Advise customers on how to obtain a particular look or style by coordinating items and creating excitement about our products.
• Convert sales by adding on items and accessorizing, ensuring that the personal sales target is achieved each month.
• Promote other BU’s to customers as part of building a sale.
• Providing product and customer feedback to Manager on a regular basis and staying up-to-date with latest trends.

Candidate RequirementsRelevant Education, Knowledge & Experience:

• 2-5 years’ experience in equivalent field/function and an Undergraduate degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent spoken Arabic (English an advantage)
• Previous creative experience in the GCC
• Valid driver’s license

Knowledge

• A clear understanding of our customers’ shopping behavior especially the Kuwait market and how to support the HF mechanical sales system
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics
• A strong knowledge of the Safat Home concept description including our Vision and Business Idea, and a passion for AI culture and values
