• Lead the bond syndication and distribution functions of DCM products
• Execute MTN drawdowns, Private Placements and CD transactions
• Work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to develop, structure, and execute syndicated bond issuances
• Build relationships with investors, understand their needs and communicate our offerings to them effectively
• Monitor market conditions and provide insights and recommendations to the team regarding pricing, structure, and timing of new issuances
• Supports the team in deal execution from preannouncement preparation, formal announcement to sales and thereby their investors, investor marketing, bookbuilding, pricing, ticketing and ultimately funding and settlement
• Do regular market update

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above, preferably with major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• 5 years of relevant experience in Bond Syndicate
• Professional qualifications in CPA, CFA, FRM and equivalent will be an advantage;
• Passed in LE 1, 7, 8 or equivalent is a must;
• Good presentation, negotiation and analytical skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• High proficiency in professional computer applications;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
