YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE:
- Own and deliver assigned stories and tasks
- Ensure high-quality development with clean CI/CD pipelines and over 90% test coverage
- Translate business requirements into scalable application architectures
- Assess feasibility and scalability of front-end solutions; collaborate with business and product teams
- Manage and resolve production issues proactively
- Build sustainable and accessibility-compliant solutions
- Address and prevent long-term technical debt
- Analyze and implement performance, stability, reliability, and architectural improvements
- Research and develop proof-of-concepts and innovative customer interaction ideas
- Propose alternative technical solutions and provide effort estimates for new workstreams
- Foster a learning culture by sharing best practices and lessons learned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Skills Required:
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science / information science.
- Minimum 3+ yrs of professional experience as a Full Stack developer.
- 70% Backend (Java) + 30% Frontend (Angular 6+) with JavaScript
- AWS – 1 yr min hands on exp on services like Lambda & S3
- Exp in RESTful web services and API design – Java
- Proficient in Spring Boot / MVC frameworks and Hibernate ORM application development
- Microservices development
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Lean practices
- Experience in SQL or NoSQL (Mongo or Couch or Cassandra) DB with exposure towards Database design & implementation
- Mandatory professional exp in Object oriented Design & Design patterns like: Singleton or MVC or Facade or MVVM or Factory
- Experience with Git and common frameworks like Hibernate, JBOSS, Apache, Tomcat.

- Experience in AI and Python is good to have
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented problem solver
- Should be able to take ownership of the tasks for the team
- Self-driven with effective time management and multitasking abilities

- Maintains enterprise-wide perspective in solution development
