You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives and provide exceptional user experiences.What You’ll BuildIn this role, you will:Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain applications for SAP Concur’s travel and expense management solutionsBuild and enhance features using:Concur Core Tech Stack and extensions on BTP using Java / Kotlin / Go, orMicrosoft stack technologies (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC, WCF), depending on project needsWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with coding standards and best practicesParticipate in code reviews; Senior Developers are expected to lead reviews and provide technical guidanceInvestigate product issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutionsProduce and maintain design and technical documentation for assigned featuresAssess functionality requests for feasibility, complexity, and implementation approachCollaborate closely with QA and cross-functional teams to ensure quality, test coverage, and timely deliveryImplement and maintain automated tests to improve software reliabilityParticipate in after-hours escalation or on-call procedures as requiredContribute to continuous improvement of development processes and practicesAdditional responsibilities for Senior Developers:Provide technical leadership and mentorship to less-experienced developersContribute to architectural decisions and system optimizationLead feature development or projects end-to-endAct as a technical liaison across teams and stakeholdersSupport workload planning and guide technical decision-makingWhat You BringFor Developer:5 years of relevant software development experienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent3+ years of experience with Object-Oriented programmingAt least 4+ year of recent experience with Java / Kotlin / Go / C# / VB.NET / .NETExperience with web application development and web servicesWorking knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologiesUnderstanding of data structures and algorithmsFamiliarity with Git or other source control systemsExperience with automated testing frameworksGood communication skills and strong collaboration mindsetFor Senior Developer:8+ years of relevant software development experience with hands-on expertise in one or more of Java / Kotlin / Go / C# / .NETAdvanced knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principlesStrong experience with database design and SQL.
