• ServiceNow Developer (HRSD primary).
• We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong HR Service Delivery implementation experience.
• Design, develop, and enhance HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Work closely with HR stakeholders, architects, and business analysts.
• Deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly HR services aligned with organizational goals.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions including Case and Knowledge Management, HR Catalog, Lifecycle Events, and COEs.
• Configure and customize HRSD modules such as Employee Service Center and HR Agent Workspace.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Implement and maintain HR Lifecycle Events including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and leave.
• Integrate HRSD with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Configure HR security, roles, ACLs, and data privacy controls.
• Support HR knowledge management and virtual agent and chatbot configurations.
• Perform unit testing, UAT support, and deployment using update sets and CI-CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform and HRSD-related issues.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices and maintain documentation.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on HRSD implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of HRSD Case Management.
• HR Catalog and Record Producers.
• Lifecycle Events and COEs.
• Flow Designer and Workflows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations including REST, SOAP, MID Server.
• Understanding of HR data security, compliance, and privacy.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ServiceNow HRSD Certified Implementation Specialist.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Experience with Employee Center Pro.
• Knowledge of Virtual Agent for HR.
• Prior experience working with global HR teams.
