As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in Hybrid Mobile App Development, you will be responsible for overseeing technology in complex projects, providing expert technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Your leadership will enhance team capabilities and drive productivity, while your strategic vision will support the development of innovative mobile applications that meet stakeholder needs. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers In Hybrid Mobile App Development Using Javascript, Angular, And Ionic, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Productivity In Project Delivery.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Ensuring Adherence To Best Practices And Coding Standards In Performance Optimization For Hybrid Mobile Applications.
3. Ensure Process Compliance In Assigned Modules And Actively Participate In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant, Evaluating Feasibility Studies, Technical Alternatives, And Architectural Best Practices While Identifying Technical Risks And Breakdowns Into Components.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Submitting Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate The Resolution Of Escalations.Skill Requirements
