Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack AI

Despite our scale, we continue to operate with the agility and ambition of a startup.Role Overview:We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in AI-driven development and is eager to work across multiple technologies. While full-stack engineering is the core of this role, we are also looking for someone who is curious about AI-driven development and can leverage AI tools to accelerate development, automate workflows, and enhance product capabilities.You will be part of a high-impact sprint team responsible for building AI-powered application features over our existing platform. If you have a passion for leveraging AI, taming LLMs, and rapidly delivering value, this role is for you.Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications and services using PHP, Python, Node.js, and frontend technologies.

• Leverage AI tools like Cursor, ChatGPT, and modern LLMs to enhance development efficiency and feature delivery.

• Develop AI-driven features leveraging intelligent dynamic prompts, fine-tuning, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with the latest models like GPT-4o, Gemini 1.5, Claude 3, and Mistral.

• Integrate image and video generation models such as Stable Diffusion XL, DALL·E 3, along with multimodal AI models like Gemini 1.5 Flash, GPT-4o-Vision, and Claude 3 Opus.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and integrate them into the product.

• Work in a sprint-based agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of features.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance VWO’s AI capabilities and scale our platform.

• Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with proficiency PHP, Python, and Node.js but not limited to only these technologies.

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular and related technologies.

• Strong knowledge of AI-driven development, including tools like Cursor, ChatGPT, and other LLMs.

• Ability to fine-tune and control AI models to generate desired outcomes.

• A passion for exploring and implementing AI innovations in software development.

• Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

• Comfortable adopting and experimenting with new technologies quickly.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience building AI applications and recommendation engines using latest AI technologies.

• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and latest AI techniques.

• Experience working with A/B testing platforms or analytics tools.
