• Lead enterprise migration project from Geocortex Essentials and HTML5 web mapping applications to ESRI JavaScript API 4.x.
• Critical role requiring deep expertise in legacy GIS migrations and modern web mapping technologies.

Primary Responsibility

• Lead end-to-end migration of 20+ enterprise web mapping applications from JavaScript API 3.x to ESRI JavaScript API 4.x, ensuring functional equivalency with Geocortex Essentials 4.15.

Required Technical ExpertiseCore GIS Technologies & Versions

• ESRI JavaScript API 4.x – Expert (4.15+ preferred)
• VertiGIS Studio – Extensive hands-on workflow development
• Geocortex Essentials 4.15 – Deep architecture & functionality knowledge

• Utility Network (UN) – Migration experience required
• Geometric Network – Legacy system understanding

• JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+, modern frameworks) – Advanced

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years enterprise GIS development
• 3+ years Geocortex → VertiGIS migration experience
• Proven JavaScript API 3.x → 4.x migrations
• Enterprise project leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Computer Science, or equivalent
