As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications for global consumer and enterprise commerce projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including design, database, and DevOps specialists—to deliver robust solutions for large-scale retail environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and maintain web applications using Java, Node.js, or Next.js for backend and React (or similar advanced frontend frameworks) for frontendCollaborate with designers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX elements.Implement and integrate RESTful APIs for smooth frontend-backend communicationShould have experience in developing apps in AWS and Azure environmentDesign, manage, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, CouchDB)Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and collaborative planning sessionsEnsure application responsiveness, cross-platform compatibility, and adherence to security best practicesUse Git for version control and participate in CI/CD pipeline processesTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performanceStay updated with the latest development trends and tools.Qualifications3–6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer (5+ years for a senior level resource)Proficiency in backend: Java, Node.js, or Next.jsProficiency in frontend: React (preferred), with experience in other frameworks like Angular or Vue.js a plus.Solid understanding of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL)Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, and agile methodologiesExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices is desirableStrong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in multi-skilled teamsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Certifications (good to have – one of more)Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate Or similarAWS Certified Developer – Associate or similarGoogle Cloud Certified – Professional Cloud Developer or similarSenior Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Remote; but will need proximity to Pune/Bangalore offices for team collaboration/training/delivery projects.Role Overview
