You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Responsibilities – Researching, identifying, sourcing, generating and nurturing new sales opportunities, target identification & classification. – Engage with potential clients and nurture them to a qualified opportunity – Position NAYAN effectively to win with clients in pursuit of best-in-class technology – Keep abreast of the latest trends in the technology landscape to generate meaningful conversations and sales opportunities in the target market – Understand customer needs and requirements and bring them into a sales cycle. – Analyses and creates a plan for engaging the target market – Possess strong and proven expertise in IT product sales, SaaS Sales – Maintain & grow existing customer sales within the region. – Development & Establish excellent business relationships with key customer targets. – Develop project sales pipeline and influence end user specifications so the Avire products are specified by consultants / architects etc. – Proactively develop relationships with new and key users and provide the Product – Marketing team with customer feedback on product improvements whenever necessary. – Deliver ongoing market analysis and assessment of competitors and market intelligence with a focus on the future and value creation. – Lead and drive customer problem resolution; act as a liaison between our customers engineering/production teams to resolve quality / reliability / delivery issues to meet customer expectations. Requirements – Strong experience in selling Enterprise, SaaS, Government products for 4+ years – Experience in Domestic and international sales – Excellent communication skills and has to have good understanding of technology terminologies and trends – Experience working with a CRM, ERP or latest industry and automation tools – Fair understanding of sales performance metrics and OKR’s – Excellent negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skills – Proven ability to understand client pain points and proposing solutions – Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives – Knowledge of organizational processes around compliance, while dealing with Government agencies. – In depth know how of tender preparation team and process in the identified key govt accounts to be able to proactively partner with them. – Knowledge of trends in the Government Procurement in the country – Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies Customer relationship management – Build and manage outbound business development pipeline – Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales – Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry as well as collecting competitor intelligence – Experience in product focused sales and an organized approach to work with strong business acumen and product expertise. Other Sales activities / responsibilities: – Produce weekly and monthly sales reports. – Attend daily/weekly/monthly sales calls and meetings as required. – Produce regional sales analysis / reports as required. – Responsible and accountable for overall sales performance – Responsibility for managing projects on commercial and technical level with consultants, architects, customers and lift companies from tender stage to completion. – Responsible for managing the local team of employees and delegation of work, as necessary.
