Additional Comments:Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Data Management (TDM) Specialist to lead and support our test data strategy across various environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in TDM frameworks, tools, and processes, with hands-on experience in both functional and performance testing data management. A working knowledge of performance testing tools and practices is essential to support cross-functional performance engineering efforts. Key Responsibilities: – Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure Test Data Management solutions across multiple environments (dev, QA, staging, performance). – Design and implement end-to-end Test Data Management strategies for healthcare applications, ensuring HIPAA and data privacy compliance. – Work closely with QA, DevOps, and development teams to ensure test data needs are met effectively and efficiently. – Define and execute strategies for test data provisioning, masking, subsetting, synthetic data generation, and data refresh. – Manage test data specifically for performance testing scenarios, including high-volume data creation and environment readiness. – Collaborate with performance testers to align data models and test datasets for load, stress, and scalability testing. – Automate test data provisioning processes where possible using scripting or tools like K2View, Informatica TDM, Delphix, etc. – Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal data security policies during all test data management activities. – Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues during test cycles. – Maintain documentation, data catalogs, and versioning for test data sets. Required Skills and Qualifications: – 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Test Data Management across diverse enterprise applications and environments. – Solid understanding of TDM best practices, test lifecycle processes, and data governance. – Mandatory Hands-on experience with Genrocket tool. – Solid understanding of HIPAA regulations, PHI/PII handling, and healthcare data standards (HL7, EDI, FHIR). – Experience with TDM tools such as K2View, Delphix, Informatica TDM, or similar is good to have. – Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.) – Experience supporting performance testing teams by generating and managing large datasets. – Basic understanding of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Neoload. – Familiarity with data masking, data sub setting, synthetic data generation, and automation techniques. – Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments. – Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: – Exposure to cloud-based TDM solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP). – Experience with data virtualization technologies. – Knowledge of test automation frameworks is a plus. – Certifications in TDM tools or performance testing tools are advantageous.
