Internship – GBS GCC Practice

We are hiring interns for our BPM and Consulting practice! Our practice focuses on hiring for GCC / GBS / Shared Services / Consulting clients across industries. It’s a 3-month stint based in Mumbai (WFO) with a possibility of a PPI / PPO depending on performance.India continues to be the preferred location for leading organizations across different industries to set up and expand their Global Capability Centres (GCC’s). Talent availability, geo-political events, government regulations, inflation and cost pressures are a few reasons for bringing about this trend. Global Business Services (GBS) organizations have been successful in transforming themselves from a transaction-processing back office to a key impactful business partner.This is a clear indication of the number of opportunities that would open up for qualified professionals in India. These opportunities could be in exciting roles driving customer experience, viz., transformation, operations, process excellence and continuous improvement, reporting and analytics, intelligent automation, and so on. In the Internship – GBS GCC Practice, Human Resources and Personnel, Mumbai City, you will:

• Mapping projects to identify and consolidate top mid-senior talent in the GCC / GBS space across industries

• Candidate sourcing, screening, evaluating, management and engagement

• Manage a spectrum of activities in Fortune-500, Large & Small Enterprises and SMBs

• Acquire and develop your own portfolio of candidates through networking and commercial actions

• Select and present the most suitable candidates to the team manager – advise candidates during the assignment

• Become a reference in your market while having ambitious business development objectives

• Miscellaneous activities to support live projects

• Possess an MBA or Bachelors degree from a reputed institution

• We are looking for individuals with 0-3 years of experience (recruitment / research experience would be an added advantage)

• Prior experience in candidate sourcing, screening, calling, management, engagement, or who have demonstrated a strong flair for client facing roles are preferable

• You have a solid track record of success in your education/career and an ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level of an organization

• You are proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment

• Only candidates based in Mumbai and who are willing to work from office due to the nature of projects
