To enable this, we have zero tolerance for any discrimination and harassment based on the above considerations. “Responsibilities:4 – 7 Years of experience within the financial services industry (Banking, NBFC, Insurance)· End-to-End understanding of Banking and Lending / Insurance Landscape in India· Good Understanding of Customer Lifecycle in Banking / Insurance Industry· Exposure to building and maintaining Data Models for Banks / NBFCs / Insurance· Experience in writing BRDs / FRDs, conducting UAT· Understanding of Data Architecture and Enterprise Data Warehouse/Data Lake for Banks / NBFCs / Insurance· Understanding about Data Warehousing concepts like Dimensional Modelling, ETL Design, etc.· Experience in designing wireframes for CXO level dashboards· Experience in managing delivery teams & project economics· Project Management Experience· Preparing project documentation such as Project Charter, Project Initiation Document, Project Closure Document· Exposure to SDLC / Agile· Location – MumbaiMandatory skill sets:Financial services industry (Banking, NBFC, Insurance)& Project Management ExperiencePreferred skill sets:

• Understanding of Technology stack that supports banking / insurance operations

• Relational databases knowledge (Oracle database, PL-SQL)

· Experience in Test Case/Scenario creation for QA and UAT

• Experience in managing economics of a fixed-cost project

• Strong team building, partnership and collaboration skills

• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening
