Youtube Project Manager

JOB OVERVIEWWe are seeking a proactive and highly detail-oriented YouTube Project Manager to lead and coordinate a team of virtual assistants and freelancers across multiple YouTube channels and client accounts. You will manage a diverse team of thumbnail designers, video editors, and content creators, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality work. This role requires strong independent decision-making skills and a deep understanding of YouTube content production.What You’ll Do:
Personal Channel Management:
Source, manage, and coordinate VAs for tasks like thumbnail design, video editing, and content research.
Act as the main point of contact for VAs, providing clear task instructions and guidelines.
Review deliverables to ensure they align with brand standards.
Manage revisions and proactively address potential bottlenecks.Client Management:
Build and maintain a network of reliable VA contractors for client-specific projects.
Serve as the main contact for clients and VAs, ensuring smooth communication.
Assign tasks to VAs, maintaining brand consistency across client deliverables.
Oversee content revisions and updates, addressing client needs promptly.Administrative Duties:
Update and maintain client strategy documentation.
Manage call links and recordings in Kajabi.
Send client updates and reports via HubSpot.
Ensure timely completion of projects and manage feedback/revision cycles.

Proven leadership skills, especially in managing remote teams.
Exceptional attention to detail with a high standard for task completion.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and independent decision-making.
Strong project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
Familiarity with Kajabi, HubSpot, and freelancer platforms like Fiverr and Upwork.
Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
YouTube content production experience, with an eye for maintaining brand consistency.
