Workplace Technology Manager (UAE-N) – Abu Dhabi, Full TimeA leading organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Workplace Technology Manager to oversee IT support, ensuring efficient resolution of incidents and requests while maintaining high service standards.Note: A UAE National is required for this vacancy, due to this role being part of our client’s Nationalization hiring quota.Responsibilities:
- Manage IT incidents, requests, and user support, ensuring first-touch resolution.
- Maintain compliance with service, security, and risk policies.
- Monitor IT service queues, prioritize VIP requests, and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workplace technology efficiency.
- Provide regular reports on service performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in an on-call rota when required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in IT support and service management.
- Proficiency in Managed Engine, Windows, Office 365, Outlook, and Active Directory.
- Experience with Apple device support (iPhones, iPads, Mac infrastructure).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and ensure top-tier user support.
