You’ll qualify if you meet ONE of the following:
- 1 year relevant experience + RICS-accredited bachelor’s degree
- 2 years relevant experience + RICS-accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification
- 4 years relevant experience (no qualification required), such as:
- Estate agency
- Domestic energy assessment
- Property management
We also welcome candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation.As a Trainee Surveyor, you’ll learn directly from experienced professionals while building your technical expertise. Your role will include:
- Shadowing mentors during property inspections, surveys, and valuations
- Attending structured classroom and workshop sessions
- Learning how to interpret data, analyse property details, and produce accurate professional reports
- Developing skills in industry-leading surveying tools and software
