2. Develop And Maintain Web Applications Using Python Flask, Focusing On Creating Robust And Scalable Back-End Systems That Enhance User Experience.
3. Lead The Design And Execution Of Automated Testing Frameworks Utilizing Python Pytest To Ensure Comprehensive Test Coverage And High Reliability Of Applications.
4. Facilitate Team Members’ Growth By Mentoring And Guiding Them In Their Technical Capabilities, Fostering An Environment Of Continuous Learning And Productivity.
5. Ensure Compliance With Established Processes And Standards In The Assigned Module, Actively Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Including Evaluating Technical Alternatives And Risks.
6. Prepare And Submit Status Reports That Minimize Exposure And Risks On The Project, Effectively Managing Escalations To Maintain Project Timelines And Deliverables.Skill Requirements1. Proficient In Python Programming With A Strong Understanding Of Frameworks Such As Flask.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Test Automation Tools And Methodologies, Particularly Using Python Pytest.
