Key Responsibilities

• Define system architecture; drive microservices and cloud-native adoption

• Champion AI-led development and automation in SDLC

• Mentor teams; review code and designs for scalability, security, and performance

• Guide cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes practices

• Ensure security, compliance, monitoring, and observability

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions

Required Skills

• Experience leading full-stack teams

• Backend: Java/Spring Boot, Python, Node.js (APIs, microservices)

• Frontend: React/Angular/TypeScript, Flutter/React Native

• Strong in system design, distributed systems, and design patterns

• Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes

• Exposure to AI/ML and AI-driven engineering practices

• Strong communication and leadership skills

Nice-to-Have

• Kafka, RabbitMQ

• SQL/NoSQL/Graph DBs

• Experience with AI-enabled products
