Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree on Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Electronic and Communication), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical).
• Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Driving.
• Required language(s): English.

ResponsibilitiesJob SummaryReporting to the Team Leader, the SQA Engineer we seek shall,

• Serve as the overall Engineer in charge of Supplier and Parts development for E-parts
• Train suppliers and SQA receiving Inspectors.
• Ensuring all New Product Production Parts Approval Process requirements from suppliers.
• Conduct on-site verification of countermeasure effectiveness and audit Mass Pro and New product preparation in supplier before mass production.
• Ensuring all suppliers follow the Supplier Quality Assurance Manual.
• Prepare Quality Assurance Meeting Report, Evaluation report and Investigation report.
• Attend all E-parts activity Meetings
• Perform other task that maybe assign from time to time

Additional RequirementsQualifications:

• Graduate of BS ECE, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge in Electronics circuit analysis and troubleshooting
• Average communication skills (Oral and written)
• Time management skills
• Clear judgement and decision making
• 7 QC tools
• Active listener and fast learner
• Can work under pressure
• Can drive 4-wheels and have valid driver’s license

• Minimum salary is PHP 20,500.00
• Location: Laguna, Calabarzon (Region IV-A).
