• Supervise and coordinate the execution of sports events, programs, and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and international sports standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff and provide necessary guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government bodies, sports federations, and private entities.
• Assist in budget planning, resource allocation, and cost management.
• Prepare reports on program performance, participant engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for enhanced service delivery.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of sports facilities and equipment.
• Support marketing and promotional campaigns for sports activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Knowledge of UAE sports policies and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Passion for sports and knowledge of local and international sports events.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
