This division includes several corporate roles such as finance, legal, human resources, technology, and others, guaranteeing smooth operations and strategic coordination across the company.Complex data is turned into useful insights by the Strategic Intelligence team to support strategic technology decisions. They integrate AI-based analytics, competitive intelligence, and innovation partnerships to help technology leaders predict challenges and take advantage of opportunities.As Strategic Intelligence Lead, you’ll manage the team’s analytical work and relationships with collaborators. You will direct Strategic Intelligence Partners to turn our insights into strategic stories that impact technology strategy decisions throughout the Group.What you’ll doStrategic Intelligence & AnalysisManage strategic analysis incorporating quantitative workforce statistics, competitive market information, and reviews of emerging technological trends to produce well-rounded strategic suggestionsValidate and refine AI-generated insights through domain expertise and organizational context, delivering actionable strategic mentorship accompanied by clear recommendations for senior technology leadersConduct scenario planning and risk modeling to support technology investment decisions and long-term planning processesSenior Collaborator Management & InfluenceBuild and maintain experience managing collaborators, including regular interaction with senior technology leaders and cross-functional teamsDemonstrated expertise in strategic research, competitive analysis, and technology trend assessment with measurable business impactWorkshop facilitation experience with senior executive audiences, including building and delivery of strategic planning sessionsStrong presentation and communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiencesDesirable Qualifications:Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Technology Management, Strategy, Economics, Engineering, or related fieldConsulting background with tier-1 strategy consulting firms or equivalent strategic advisory experience in large corporate environmentsTechnology industry experience in high-growth, competitive environments with understanding of digital transformation challengesExperience in public speaking and sharing insights through
