Job Title: Stakeholder Liaison Officer – Water IndustryLocation: KSAJob Summary:The Stakeholder Liaison Officer will act as the key point of contact between the organization and internal/external stakeholders within the water industry in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on coordination, communication, and relationship management to support successful delivery of water-related projects in line with local regulations and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with government authorities, clients, consultants, and contractors in the water sector.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Support approvals, permits, and compliance with KSA water industry regulations.
• Monitor stakeholder issues, risks, and feedback, and support timely resolution.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes related to stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience in the water or utilities industry (KSA preferred).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with KSA regulatory and stakeholder environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
