AbouttheRoleWe are looking for a talented and experienced native Android Engineer to join our growing mobile engineering team. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge native Android applications and SDKs. You will be involved in the entire app lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, release, and post-launch support of an array of medical and lifestyle software products. The ideal candidate is a passionate developer with a strong portfolio of Android apps and a deep understanding of the modern Android ecosystem.Roles & responsibilities:

Experience Required:

• 9+ years of Software development experience within Mobile and Webframeworks/SDKs/languagessuchasKotlin/Java,AndroidSDK, React, TypeScript/JavaScript and Compose
• 8+ years of experience with Architecture and Design of Android Mobile Applications.
• Minimum4+yearsofexperiencewithcloudplatform servicesandapplication development using Microsoft Azure or GCP.
• Experienceinbuildingproducts usingamicro-servicesarchitectureandextensible REST APIs
• Experiencebuildingthearchitectureanddesign(architecture,designpatterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and current systems
• Broad expertiseandknowledge withapplicationservers(suchasTomcat,Apache Jetty, Reactor Netty) and database technologies – Relational databases (such as Oracle, Azure SQL Server, Postgres SQL) and/or NoSQL (such as MongoDB or Cassandra) databases
• Experience using GitHub Co-Pilot or similar tools
• Experience with Compose and Compose Multiplatform.
• InDepthexperiencewithautomatedunittestingwithtoolslikeJUnit/TestNGandtest automation frameworks such as Appium, Selenium/Playwright/Cucumber/Res-Assured/Karate
• Broad expertiseandknowledge withthefullsoftwaredevelopmentlifecycleand software development methodologies (Agile).
• Experienceinsecurityprotocols andproducts:UnderstandingofActiveDirectory, Windows Authentication, SAML, OAuth
• Broad expertiseandknowledgewithanalyzingandtuningcode/application performance under High volume/High availability environments.

• FluencyinDevOpsConcepts,CloudArchitecture,andAzureDevOpsOperational Framework
• Experience with Gradle
• Experience with XCode, Android Studio, VS Code, or a similar IDE

• ExperiencewithAPMtools suchasDynatrace/AppDynamics(UserExperience Monitoring) is a big plus.
