• We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect – Full Stack who can design, architect, and deliver scalable web applications while balancing both leadership responsibilities and hands-on development.
• The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, and Python (FastAPI), with the ability to drive technical decisions and mentor teams.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for scalable, high-performance applications
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Design and develop robust full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, and FastAPI
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure best practices in coding, design, and deployment
• Act as both a hands-on contributor (IC) and a technical leader
• Drive architecture governance, code reviews, and technical standards
• Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for cloud-native deployments and CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic solutions

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8–12 Years

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience in:

• Frontend: React.js (state management, performance optimization)
• Backend: Node.js (Express/NestJS preferred)
• Python: FastAPI (API design, async programming)
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Proficiency in system design, scalability, and distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes preferred)
• Familiarity with security best practices and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT)

Leadership & Behavioral Skills

• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance architecture thinking with hands-on coding
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on business impact
• Experience working in agile environments

Good to Have

• Experience with event-driven architecture / Kafka
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations or modern GenAI applications
• Prior experience in enterprise-scale systems
