Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain IBM WebMethods integration solutions Design and build integration workflows between core insurance applications (policy, claims, billing, etc.). Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing WebMethods processes to ensure reliable system performance . Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other IT teams to understand integration requirements. Support testing, deployment, and production monitoring of integration solutions. Maintain documentation for technical processes, APIs, and system flows . Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on IBM WebMethods . Strong understanding of integration concepts : ESB, SOAP/REST APIs, messaging, and adapters. Experience in insurance systems (policy administration, claims processing, billing) is highly preferred. Proficient in Java, SQL, XML, and related middleware technologies . Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Nice to Have: Exposure to cloud integration platforms . Knowledge of Agile development methodology . WebMethods certification (Integration Developer, Broker, etc.).
