We’re Hiring Senior Supply Planner (FMCG)

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Supply Planner to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product availability across all branches by developing accurate purchase plans, monitoring inventory levels, and aligning supply with sales, promotions, and distribution requirements.You will act as the key liaison between Planning, Warehousing, Sales, and Marketing teams, ensuring smooth execution of the annual procurement plan and timely delivery of goods — while maintaining strong coordination with suppliers and adhering to their terms and constraints.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review the monthly statistical plan against supplier constraints and provide recommendations to the Procurement Manager.
• Monitor inventory levels and propose purchase orders based on Planning Department needs and the monthly sales plan.
• Prepare and review the supplier purchase plan — monthly for Loacker, and quarterly or as needed for other suppliers — and submit it to the Procurement Manager.
• Review, match, and approve purchase orders to ensure target stock coverage (Sales Plan + Promotions Plan + Safety Stock) for all SKUs across all branches, considering:
• Available stock balances
• Scheduled orders
• Supplier constraints and lead times

• Follow up on quantities and delivery dates for scheduled purchase orders, and coordinate actual receipt with warehouses, while:
• Identifying deviations
• Analyzing root causes
• Measuring impact on stock availability
• Preparing weekly variance reports for relevant departments

• Monitor actual sales performance vs. plan and identify deviations to ensure accurate order placement.
• Track the execution of the annual procurement plan for each supplier and recommend adjustments to meet targeted goals.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to follow up on supplier promotions and report any non-execution to the Procurement Manager.
• Prepare and submit all required reports to the direct manager and relevant departments on time.
