Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical DevelopmentDevelop and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, and core features for our SaaS platform.Architect solutions based on product requirements and scalable design principles.Implement performance improvements, optimization techniques, and scaling strategies.Research new technologies and engineer solutions to enhance product capability.Team LeadershipLead and mentor a team of talented developers to maximize productivity and code quality.Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and promote best coding practices.Collaboration & IntegrationWork closely with the product and engineering teams to integrate new features into the platform.Contribute to continuous improvements in development processes, deployment, and system operations.DevOps & DeploymentSupport configuration management, deployment processes, and environment setup.Work with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins) and containerization platforms (e.g., Docker).CultureWork remotely, collaborate effectively, and contribute to building world‑class software.Preferred QualificationsTechnical Expertise3+ years of hands‑on experience with Ruby on Rails 5.2+ and Ruby 2.5.1+.Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming and metaprogramming.Experience building and maintaining Microservices-based architectures.Knowledge of distributed application design patterns and multi‑data‑source management.Proficient with Linux and Windows operating systems and their command-line tools.Strong experience with SQL Databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL Databases (Cassandra/MongoDB).Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as RSpec and Cucumber.Deployment & CloudKnowledge of server configuration management and deployment techniques.Hands-on experience with AWS services (good to have).Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins (good to have).Version ControlProficient with Git and Git-based workflows
