• Leading manual and automation testing efforts to ensure product excellence.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and Designers, to design and execute extensive testing strategies.
• Developing and maintaining test cases, test plans, and automation scripts.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, ensuring their timely resolution.
• Executing a variety of testing types including regression, functional, performance, and integration testing across multiple platforms.
• Continuously improving QA processes, practices, and tools to drive efficiency.
• Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of quality and innovation.
• Staying informed about advancements in QA tools & methodologies and recommending their implementation.

RequirementsLooking for candidates with:

• 5-8 years of solid experience in manual and automation testing.
• Hands-on expertise with tools and technologies like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, and scripting languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Proven skills in API testing, performance testing, and mobile application testing.
• Experience with defect-tracking tools like JIRA and test management platforms like TestRail.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies within Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
