We’re Hiring Senior Manual Tester (Pharma Domain)

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manual Tester with a strong background in Pharma domain applications and proven expertise in functional, system, and integration testing. The ideal candidate will bring over 8 years of QA experience, including hands-on work in API and UI testing, test management, and stakeholder collaboration. This role requires deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to drive quality assurance across complex projects in regulated environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead manual testing efforts for Pharma domain applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Perform requirement analysis, test planning, test design, and execution for web-based, standalone, and tablet applications.Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing with a focus on Pharma-specific workflows.Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage and defect resolution.Prepare and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and defect reports for knowledge transfer.Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and defect triage calls, providing QA insights and recommendations.Mentor junior testers and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the QA team.Ensure traceability of requirements to test cases and maintain test suites for reusability and efficiency.Required Skills & Experience8+ years of QA experience with strong expertise in manual testing.Pharma domain experience (Licensing tools, API services).Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, and TFS.Proficiency in defect management, triage, and stakeholder communication.Familiarity with API testing concepts and ability to collaborate with automation teams.Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.Preferred QualificationsISTQB Certified (Foundation Level).Scaled Agile SAFe 6 Practitioner certification.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Educational BackgroundBE or MCA
